Monday: 8:00 – 9:00am and 10:00 – 11:00am.
Saturday: 8:00 – 9:00am

What is Pranayama?

Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing practice from Ayurveda, over 5,000 years old. It means “vital life force” and is designed to help balance your nervous system, mind, and body.
 

Pranayama is a series of breathing exercises that supports the regulation of the nervous system. This has a ripple effect in all the layers of your body, transforming the way you breath can have a profound impact on your physical, mental and emotional state.
